The Haws TWBS.EW.H Tempered Water Blending System 2.5 GPM (with Instantaneous Heater) is an on-demand, prepackaged, fully engineered and tested tempering system to provide tempered water instantaneously. The system is designed to increase cold water temperature by as much as 45 degrees F at 2.5 gallons per minute (GPM). It is suitable for a single eyewash application. Outlet water temperature is factory set at 80 degrees F.
- It is ideal for areas where supply water temperatures fall below 60 degrees F while hot water is not present.
- System consists of an 18 KW electrical instantaneous water heater, a hot shutoff valve, a bypass valve, an in-line 50-micron filter, and an outlet temperature gauge.
- Maximum inlet pressure: 125 psi. Inlet and Outlet: 1/2” IPS.
- Electrical Supply: 480/277 VAC, 3-phase, 4 wire and ground. 25 amp electrical supply. (480 VAC, 3-phase, 3 wire and ground available as special order).
